What a “management system” actually is
A management system is just your company’s way of making sure important things happen the same way every time — written down, assigned to real people, and checked on a schedule. The ISO standards are internationally recognized checklists for what that system has to cover.
Certification means an independent registrar audited you against the standard and agreed you meet it. Customers ask for it, big contracts increasingly require it, and insurers like it. Our job is getting you from “where we are today” to “walk the auditor through with confidence.”

Do you certify us yourselves?
No — and be wary of anyone who says they can. Certification is issued by independent registrars; that separation is what makes it credible. We build your system, prepare your people, and get you audit-ready. You choose the registrar (we can help you pick), and you walk into that audit with evidence in hand.
How long does it take?
It depends on your size and how much of a system already exists — anywhere from a few months for a small, focused operation to longer for a large multi-shift plant. The honest answer comes out of the gap analysis: that’s exactly what it’s for.
We already have safety paperwork. Is that wasted?
Almost never. Most operations have more of a system than they think — it’s just scattered, outdated, or unwritten. We map what exists against the standard and build on it. The goal is the smallest system that fully meets the standard, not the biggest binder.
On-site or remote?
Both. Gap analyses and implementation work best with real floor time — you can’t assess a plant from a spreadsheet. Document development, reviews, and training prep can run remotely to keep the schedule moving and costs down.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped and priced custom — a five-person shop and a plant with acres of floor are different projects. The gap analysis comes first, priced on its own, and its report gives you the real scope. You’ll know the full picture before committing to anything bigger.
What happens after certification?
Surveillance audits come every year, and the system needs to keep living between them. We stay available for internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and keeping documents current — as much or as little support as you want.
